CTZ2 House
A retreat of light and serenity in Jávea · Alicante

On the coast of Jávea, facing the Mediterranean, CTZ2 was conceived as a single-family home designed to experience the landscape without filters. The architecture frames, enhances and integrates the surroundings into every room through large glazed surfaces.

Where blue enters the home
Natural light moves through the rooms and creates changing atmospheres throughout the day. From the living room to the bedrooms, the windows turn the horizon into part of the architecture.

Transparency that transforms space
The Cor Vision system redefines aluminium sliding windows with minimalist profiles and large-format enclosures. Glass becomes the main feature, the lines are refined and the sense of openness expands.

Smart comfort under the Alicante sun
The Mediterranean climate calls for high-performance solutions. Thermal break profiles and advanced glazing help maintain a stable indoor temperature, reduce cooling demand and improve acoustic comfort.

Strength against the coastal climate
Salt, humidity and constant sunlight demand durable materials. CORTIZO aluminium offers structural reliability, long service life and a refined appearance with minimal maintenance by the sea.

A home to feel, not only to inhabit
Light flooding the rooms, the sea breeze through the sliding doors and a permanent visual connection with the horizon create a unique sense of wellbeing. CTZ2 is contemporary architecture in dialogue with the Mediterranean.
